1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All original packaging, tags, labels, dust bags, inserts, and accessories must be included
Hygiene-sensitive items must remain sealed and unopened
The product must be in resalable condition
Defective or damaged items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
Grayson & Claire London reserves the right to refuse any return that:
Shows signs of wear, washing, stains, or alteration
Is returned incomplete
Is returned without prior authorization
Falls outside the 30-day window
If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To request a return, customers must email:

Full name
Shipping address
Reason for return
Photographs (if item is defective or damaged)
Returns must be approved before shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
Once approved, return instructions and the correct return address will be provided.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If returning due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer needed:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If returning due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item):
Grayson & Claire London will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers may choose their own courier. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
Lost or untraceable return shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
3. REFUNDS
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow reasonable processing time for inspection and refund completion.
Refunds exclude:
Original shipping charges
Express or upgraded shipping fees
Customs duties or import taxes
Return shipping fees (unless due to our error)
If an item does not meet eligibility requirements, no refund will be issued.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order.
Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of purchase, provided they have not entered the processing stage.

Orders in Processing
After the 12-hour window, orders may have already:
Entered processing
Been packed
Been prepared for shipment
Been dispatched or transferred to a courier
Once an order reaches any of these stages, cancellation is not guaranteed and may no longer be possible.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have been shipped or transferred to the carrier cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, customers must wait for delivery and submit a return request in accordance with Section 1.
Grayson & Claire London is not responsible for cancellation delays caused by incomplete or late communication from the customer.
5. INTERNATIONAL FULFILMENT & CUSTOMS
Some orders may be fulfilled by international fulfilment partners.
Customers are responsible for:
Import duties
Customs fees
VAT
Clearance fees
Return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges may result in deductions from any applicable refund.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final Sale items
Items marked non-returnable
Products returned outside the 30-day period
Items not in original condition
Items damaged due to customer misuse
